Electoral Reform Victories

Lost in the news of the changes in Congress and elsewhere is the
4-for-4 electoral sweep for local initiatives for Instant Runoff Voting.

While claims by some that third party candidates "spoiled" or
impacted election on Nov 7 do not stand up to scrutiny, it
nevertheless provides an opportunity to advocate that the United
States move beyond its antiquated elections and adopt modern election systems.

The Green Institute will be examining these issues in detail. For
