compiled from whatever I saw today - the biggest deal in CA was the =20
Green mayor of Richmond.

Dear all

I=E2=80=99m working on a comprehensive post-election report at this moment.

But for an initial release, below are the eighteen California Greens who
were elected on November 7th, out of a total of 59 Greens who ran.  (For
all of calendar 2006, there were 20 California Greens who were elected,
out of a total of 72 candidates.)

Of course, all election results are found on
http://www.greens.org/elections, with final vote totals to be posted
there over the next few days and weeks as all the provisional and
absentee votes are counted.
