[Iowa-dx] Fwd: David Yepsen Endorses Statewide Optical Scan, Audits

OK...the paranoid and cynical portions of me want to suggest that the
only reason he is endorsing them now, after the '06 election, is because
the Dems won.  Many of the problems he cites in Florida were present in
Ohio in 2004, yet he did not take notice of them at that time.  

Could it be that Yepsen is in favor of a paper trail for these machines
only when they elect Democrats?
