  The quarterly meetings referred to communications within counties only.
Speaking of state conference calls - when is the next one?

   For starters, we already have capable writers from each of the five
counties - Polk (Daryl), Blackhawk (Jim), Johnson (Holly), Linn (Wendy and
Bob), Scott (Joel), and from the Greater Iowa group, Rick and Larry. As
long as the stint is no more than six months, each rotation should not have
to break a sweat or burn-out.
