And that would gain us what? The reasons for voting for Al Gore now
are different in what way from the reasons for voting against him in
2000? Before he became Clinton's VP he was outspoken about the
environment (remember his book, "Earth in the Balance") yet he became
rather tame about it as Clinton's VP.
The ONLY thing he has done of note since 2000 is issue forth a movie
about global warning. Why does this make him any more palatable to
Greens now than in 2000?
There are precious few people active in the Democratic party that I
would consider as being remotely sellable to Greens. Al Gore is not
on that list. Neither is Hillary Clinton. The jury is still out on
Barack Obama.
