On the morning of March 12, 2007, I heard on the morning
programming on WSUI, the news that a Republican in Council
Bluffs has recommended that George Bush and Cheney be
impeached over their involvement in disclosing the identity of
CIA agent Valerie Plame.

I did not catch the name of the Republican or of his elected
office, however, he said that he was considering going over
to an independent party. Because I was caught unaware of
this information coming to light, I did not react in time to
copy down this Republican's name, nor do I know his record.
However, we Green Party members all received this e-mail
posting from Rick Johnson via Iowa Green Party's list-serve:

Last night, on WSUI, one of the late night programs (I think it
was NPR News) broadcast the opinons of an Associated Press
news correspondent who is presently located in Dubai. He was
mentioned orally on the program as a Jim "Crane" or "Krane",
whom I believe is The Seattle Post-Intelligencer/AP reporter
Jim Kraine, and he was being asked by the host to comment
on the meaning for the recent Halliburton move to Dubai.

Kraine commented that it is not surprising that Halliburton is
moving to Dubai, considering that the middle east is where
the main oil production is going on in the world, and that
since our USA is virtually running out of oil resources, there
is no longer any reason for Halliburton to remain under US laws:

1) There is virtually no income tax and no commercial profit
tax in United Arab Emirates. In addition, Dubai is the fastest
growing city in the entire world, where 20% of the world's
highrise construction cranes are almost permanently based in
Dubai.

2) THEN he said (this is not a quote): the move also is not
surprising, since so many top officials in Halliburton have
personal investment holdings in the middle east petroleum
business assets, and George H.W. Bush himself has had many
major personal investments in both Kuwait and Iraq for a
long time now.

It was well-known to all of us that the Bush family has had
investments in the OIL CARTEL BUSINESSES as investors,
but personal investments in the middle east would presume
much more direct personal holdings and critical personal
interests thereof rather than a mere mutual investment of
stock investing interest into the cartel companies themselves.

In other words, the conquering of Quwait by Saddam Hussein
and the suspension of oil wholesaling by Iraq to the major
oil cartel marketing companies Bush invested in were a major
financial blow to them.

Is this not an impeachable high crime ???? The inescapable
implication in all of this is that both Desert Storm AND Iraqi
"Freedom" were wars fought for the notoriously dishonest
Bush family and for the Republican communists who are
employed by the corporate US oil cartel companies, thus
making the White House and the Pentagon represent being
only their callously disrespected stepping stones for multiplying
both their personal and corporate wealth at the expense of
almost 3,200 dead US service personnel and 660,000 dead
Iraqi civilians, PLUS the death count in Desert Storm, not to
mention that it was a WAR CRIME for our nation to START A
WAR in violation of a half-dozen international laws and
international treaties that our nation helped to write.

Have you ever noticed that the dialogue out of the White
House and congress, in support of these wars, has been
exactly the mentality used by criminals to defend their
actions in court ??? To wit: George Bush said, "I believe....."
so many times about justifying our going to "war" and to
remain at "war", but, does "believing" in something in any
way exhonerate someone for the reality of what they (we)
did in violating international laws by starting these wars?
Even if we do not even consider the lies that were proffered
to influence our nation into backing those illegal actions,
isn't just the act of starting a war an obviously blatant,
impeachable offence??????

I have always said Bush wanted to be famous as a war
president, just like his "daddy", but maybe there is much
more to these crimes than that. Bush is just another
mafia leader, and RICO should apply to him and his staff and
his advisors... and to his party, including his cabinet right
down to Condolesa Rice.
