[Iowa-dx] Funny what we Greens Can Learn

First, I was surprised that Holly Hart was on the air at 6:00 AM this
morning, co-anchoring the pledge drive for WSUI  (yaww-w-w-w-wn).
But, I was also pleasantly surprised to learn from that broadcast
that our Johnson County Green Party secretary plays the piano, and
she knows something about wine (I'm totally ignorant beyond the
fact that I love Sant Gria citris wine).  Plus, she was busily conjuring
up membership donations to our local NPR radio station, just as we
face in our Green Party.

Of course, due to professionalism, Holly could not advertise over the
air that she is a very active member of Iowa Green Party, but I was
grinning the whole time I was listening.   Funny what we Greens can
learn about fellow Greens by listening to NPR radio stations!
