What can anyone tell me about Reginia Bailey?

I am so far very opposed to anyone in Iowa City Council and opposed to the
mayor being re-elected because, from what I've seen, they all are adamantly
pro-developer and anti-citizen.  The city council is ruining Iowa City, and 
this
beautiful hometown atmosphere is soon going to be transformed into another
Chicago.  Is there anyone on city council who is pro-Democracy ??????????
Even ONE of them ????????????  All I've seen is that ALL of the city council
people RUBBER STAMP everything the mayor wants and the developers
impose.  That is a tyranny against the public.

I think we need to have a whole new slate of candidates who will PROTECT
the public from intrusive development that will run-off the traditional
residents and local businesses in favor of the mega-businesses.
