George W.'s Makes Sense:

Doctor: "I see you're over several months late for your Congressional
war funding re-apportionment. Continually vetoing Congressional bills
only continues to cause you and the troops even more stressful
problems!  Don't you know that attention disorders require prompt
and regular attention to important matters?  What's your excuse?"

George W.: "Uhhhhh.... I was just followin' your orders, uhhh, Doc."

Doctor: "Following my orders? What are you talking about? I gave
you no such order."

George W.: "You told me tuh avoid people who irritate me, and...
uhhhhhh.... Congress now really irritates me.  So I vetoed 'em!"
