"We do not want to embarrass our already belittled President,"House
Quasi-majority Leader Pelosi whimpered.

After more failed attempts to pass legislation ordering troops home fromIra=
q,
Democrats have said they plan to sit on the toilet in the White Housewing a=
nd
wait on Bush's $196 trillion request for buying out Congress, and using
the rest of it for war spending until the next decade after next.

Bush said this will push the Pentagon toward an accounting nightmare andaff=
ect
the military's ability to do its job protecting the country because onlyBush
is talking with god, and only Bush knows the correct choices to make.

"The American people expect us to work together to support our troops. They
see the wisdom in 'buying American... I mean America, and so thatis what
I'm doin', I'm buying America, Constitution, Congress and Barreland all!=20
Whatever that means."=20

Asked if that was what he really meant, Bush said, "Yup! That's what
theywant," he said, after spending several hours getting up the courage
to comebefore the news media meeting at the White House. "They do not
want thegovernment to create needless uncertainty for those defending our
countryand uncertainty for their families, they want me to own Congress
now. They do not want disputes in Washington to undermine our troops in
Iraqjust as they're seeing clear signs of success in my buying Congress,
theywant it clean and final. My word to Congress is simple: SELL !=20
NOW!"
