Yes, that was me:)  I called in while I was driving around looking for a 
parking space at the Secretary of State's office. I think Holly meant to 
say "archive their programs" as opposed to "archive their problems."

Perhaps she was picking up a mental wave from my wife, who I'm sure 
would like to 'archive my problems' sometimes! :):):)
