On Thur., Sep. 13, 2007, U. of I. Memorial Union Main Ballroom, 7:30 p.m., a
lecture by Jim Wallis will address national political issues in America.
Wallis is a progressive evangelical preacher, theologian, activist, and
commentator; he's editor-in-chief of Sojourners Magazine and emphasizes
social justice.  His Feb. '06 Sojourners article was about the national
budget being a moral document, and was also sited in the 1-10-06 Christian
Century Magazine.  The lecture is part of the UI Geneva Lecture Series.
