President Bush successfully suggested to Congress to pass legislation
that would enable the natizens of our country to have "portable zip
codes" for when they move.
"When I leave thuh White House, I kinda wanta take My zip code with Me ta
Crawford Texas," His Royal Highness exclaimed. "When people move, they
don't want ta have ta change their zip codes just because they moved,
they kinda get used to 'em, and I kinda like My Washington D.C. zip
code, so I want ta have the same Washington D.C. zip code I have at thuh
White House ta go with me ta My ranch in Crawford Texas! It's a great
idea, just like My finance krisis bail-out plan and My health care plan
My cuts ta H.U.D. and cuts ta edgyucashun and how I manipyulayted
Congriss for My Iraq War!"
The postmaster of Washington D.C. cringed at the erratic thinking of The
President but said he had no comment, because he has a pension to think
about.=20
The Democratic Congress began to quiver in their seats to acquiesce
to His will, but Bush complained thursday that lawmakers had wasted time
and taxpayers' money delaying on acting on His suggestions. But, Bush's
aggressive stand set a confrontational tone for Bush's final year in the
White House. After months of bitter fights with Congress, Bush said that
the year was going to end on a high note "...or I will bomb somebody!=20

Bush also said, "It's an anthagonistik world from some people's point of
view, but not mine. I try to make it less that way by focusing on high
