"You shouldn't walk the straight path with me, Mister President, it'll
only take you directly to an objective.  You need to keep walking to the
right... to the far right, as you do in your presidency," urged Romanian
President Traian Basescu, as they walked to a NATO news conference that
was to be held on a breezy Black Sea beach of a presidential retreat.=20
Bush replied, "But there's a big growling BEAR showing his teeth over
there!"

The Romanian president laughed gently and said, "Mister President, that
did not stop you from starting two illegal wars, now, did it?  What
threat is a measley angry bear to a Commander In Chief, compared to the
hostility that the world has over your starting wars illegally in
violation of international laws that your country helped to create, and a
possible world-wide recession your country's corporations are trying to
create through their utter dishonest and exploitive business practices
that have made your financial market collapse, your dollar unacceptible
to OPEC, and your credit be worthless to international investor creditor
nations?  Now you want the world to fight your illegal wars for you?  My,
my, my, Mister President."

Bush said, "We expect our NATO allies ta shoulder thuh burden necessary
for me ta succeed in convertin the world over ta bein' our economic
pros-teetutes," Bush said on Wednesday, "I want ya ta recognize thuh
seereeyusnuss of thuh anti-Talyban mission in Afghanistan I got
goin', and ta step up with more troops for the fight!"

"Mister President Bush, let me give you a friendly little warning you do
not deserve... you may rejoice in the recent announcements those ten
countries or more, but they're all watching what you do, including
France, Germany, Norway and Poland, and you need to realize, if they are
going to provide any additional troops to your 47,000-NATO force in
Afghanistan, that they are going to be watching you for the first sign of
your dishonesty to reappear again," President Basescu said.  But he
diplomatically and carefully avoided referencing the two-year dispute
between NATO member nations who have had about enough of the Bush legacy
of anti-tyranny pro-commerce Cheerleading, including Britain and Canada,
who along with the U.S., have their military in combat in Afghanistan's
most dangerous areas, while Germany, Italy and Spain are seriously
limiting their occupation in Afghan istan to the more stable north and
west.

"Nashuns need ta take this misshun seereeously," the War President said.
"It's wurth it for our own security and it's wurth it for thuh cause of
peace, cause I'm usin' up all my troops and a lotta my commandurs, why I
just lost an Admiral the other month!  And I've almost bankrupted My
nashun so I want all of you ta start usin' up your troops and spendin'
all ah your countries' treasury too, so we're all eqwal in this, even
though it's really My war.  I want credit for this, I'm thuh War Time
Pres'dent!  I'm your hero!"
