[Iowa-dx] Team McKinney needs an Iowa Coordinator

Well,  IFEHR is important!

I, too, hope we can find a contact person for the McKinney campaign.  This =
can be an educational experience, and it's a nice group of people.  If ther=
e are no "takers" at this time, I'll forward any messages that come our way=
 (I'm on their volunteer coordinator's hit list), and hopefully there iwll =
be some interest from someone in the  near future -

Oh gosh, and I would have REALLY loved to do that, too!  I just
wish this had come up before I became involved with Iowans For
Economic Human Rights.  Even after I quit UofI Anti-war Committee,
I still have a lot to do with the IFEHR poverty survey and in the
various Poor Peoples' Economic Human Rights Campaign activities
that IFEHR is involved with.

I hope someone will step up to the plate, because I think Cynthia
McKinney is THE candidate for our Green Party, even though I
highly respect Jesse Johnson, I still firmly back Cynthia over any
other.

It's possible other campaigns will be looking for an Iowa contact,
as well, but so far, we've been asked to see if there is someone in
Iowa who'd like to be part of Team McKinney. This would involve
being added to a TM listserv, helping to plan outreach, and
outreach to Iowans. Is anyone interested? Please let me know,
and I'll put you in touch with their volunteer coordinator!
