Although both of the last two Vatican popes have repremanded King Goering
Warcrimes Bush for his internationally-illegal warmongering, Pope
Benedict XVI chose to make no direct reference to the war, as he said
Tuesday that he was "deeply ashamed" of the clergy sexual abuse scandal
in the Catholic church in our USA, and he wants to find solutions that
will prevent pedophiles from becoming priests. The pope also said he will
discuss immigration issues with Bush, including the difficulties of
families who are separated by immigration Although, the pope and Goering
Bush do differ on some major issues, as on the Iraq war, capital
punishment, and the brutally inhuman and counter-productive U.S. embargo
against Cuba, they have agreed in their opposition
about abortion, same-sex sexual orientation marriage, and stem cell
research.

But Pope Benedict has alredy answered questions submitted in advance by
reporters about Bush's illegal war, and he has specified that he despises
all of our USA's involvement in the very inhuman war in Iraq and that in
light of the church's Just War Doctrine. The church doctrine specifies
that war is sometimes justified, but in Pope John Paul II and Pope
Benedict XVI's view, such was not in the case of President Bush.=20
In Section 2309 of the Catholic Catechism, it is stated that
considering if the elements for a just war have been met, that
it "belongs to the prudential judgment of those who have responsibility
for the common good"=97meaning, the Bush administration! Both of the last
two popes have criticized Bush for not making their decisions for the
common good of all mankind, but that instead, Bush only made the decision
for his own political and commercial expediency at the expense of the
one-million innocent civilian victims of Iraq.

Pope Benedict XVI stated that his visit to our USA ws a journey to meet a
"great people and a great Church." In his greeting, he spoke of the
American model of theistic values within a system of separation of church
and state.

Bush, on the other hand, had planned on a gracious political presidential
welcome, wherein President Bush planned to make the unusual political
gesture of greeting him at Andrews Air Force Base -- the first time the
president has greeted a foreign leader there. The arrangement, in which
he would invite the pope to two Masses at baseball stadiums, a political
photo-op (for Bush) for the pope to visit to pray at ground zero in New
York, was so that, as President Bush hopes that Pope Benedict
will experience a heavy dose of the US-American mentality.
