Grinning and giggling, Secretary of State Condolensza Rice said tuesday
that the Bush administration explicitly warned former President Jimmy
Carter that if he insisted on meeting with members of Hamas, the
Palestinian faction that controls the Gaza Strip and which is regarded by
the U.S. as a terror group, that the former US president would face what
His Majesty Goering Warcrimes Bush called "diare conseqwenses".
During his interview on National Propaganda Radio, Carter candidly
testified that the State Department did not warn him not to go on the
trip. In typical Repugnant Party contolled government fashion, however, a
State Department spokesman in Washington, D.C. countermanded Carter's
statement on monday, but Rice was much more blunt in her account tuesday,
showing her Standard Oil board of directors personality.
Rice has been meeting with other "middle-Eastern" countries to persuade
those other countries to be an enemy of Iran, and to possibly attack Iran
in USA's place for Iraq's alleged security and future. She said she had
to contradict Carter's assertions that he never got a clear signal from
the State Department, because Secretary Rice had repeatedly been
questioned about Carter's meetings during the two days of her Iraq
promotional tour meetings. Such disrespectful questions required
that the Bush administration tactics had to be returned to the standard
excuses used before, that some foreign diplomats were curious about
whether the Bush administration was talking to Hamas through a typical
Reugnant Party back door process, or, if the Repugnant Party mafia cult
planners were considering pursuing a different policy in the future.
When reporters asked for a clarification about where she got her
information and if it was well-founded, Secretary Rice snapped back that
our U.S. policy remains in the hands of the Repugnant Party's
international corporate masters, and that our USA will only negotiate
with the elected Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, who has been
promised royalties in West Bank Starbucks and McCains Golden Arches
hamburger franchises in addition to possibly being given a Wendys
franchise. By giving up Palestinian rights to a homeland, Abbas and his
West Bank-based government are being promised to receive US subsidies by
Bush, if it helps Israel and the Palestinians broker terms for an
independent Palestinian commercial franchise pay-off under the disguise
of actually being a state-building act of diplomacy.

Former US President Carter said that the top Hamas leaders he met
had told him, during seven hours of talks in Damascus over the weekend
(which is more time than the Bush administraton has spent during the
past seven years in thinking about a peaceful resolution to the
annexation plans being employed by Isreal. President Carter said
that Hamas is willing to live next to Israel, but a top Hamas official
said the group would never outright recognize the Jewish nation.
In another disclosure on tuesday, Spokesman Ghazi Hamad of Hamas
officially told reporters that their self-defense group has relaxed their
demands for a cease-fire with Israel, and he said that Hamas is now
prepared for a partial truce that would only include the Gaza
Strip. Hamas has demanded that the West Bank be included in any deal,
and they still hope that any Gaza truce will eventually be included
with the West Bank, as well. The exhcange they are asking for in that is
that Hamas wants Israel and Egypt to open their trade and passenger
crossings with Gaza. The border has been sealed since Hamas violently
seized control of Gaza last June.
Carter was given no specific concessions from Hamas. He explained the
rationale for his trip in Jerusalem on Monday. He explained that he
had failed to convince the top Hamas leader, Khaled Mashaal, that he
would be regarded more favorably if he stopped rocket fire on Israel for
one month. "I did the best I could. They turned me down, and I think
they're wrong."
But, what former US President James Carter diplomatically did not say,
is, with our USA again practicing "gun boat" diplomacy, you know how
negotiations go with such insulting and arrogant threats being used as a
"carrot".
