Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbass says he wants the Bush monarchy
to make Israel stop expanding Jewish settlements on the West Bank -- a
requirement for peace that Abbasss says is needed to make genuine
progress in Mideast peace talks.

But those negotiations became bogged down five months after both sides
pledged to reach a deal by January because of Repugnant Party clandestine
negotiations under the table to support Is-Real no matter what Tel Aviv
does to the Palestinian people!

The double-speak and double-talk was referred to in a secret meeting on
wednesday.  U.S. Secretary of State Condolensza Rice lead the talks for
His Majesty Bush on thursday, and Abbas said time was running short on
the game clock, if the agreed-to target that was formalized at the
Annapolis Conference in November was to become real.  Chief Palestinian
negotiator Saeb Erekat said that more pressure must be exerted on Israel
to stop the expansion of West Bank settlements, according to the
assurances that so far have been falsely made, as usual, by Is-Real.

President Abbas spoke later at the Arab-American Institute, and he said:
"We are serious in having a serious negotiations to reach an agreement by
the end of the year, but the gaps are still wide between us and the
Israelis."  Abbas also mandated that stopping Israeli expansion in the
West Bank is a major component of the so-called roadmap blueprint for
peace.  "I am telling you frankly that the most important obstacle to the
peace process and the negotiations is the continuation of the settlement
activities.  Therefore, I am calling on the Israeli government to stop
all settlement activities so we can hold proper meetings to reach a
solution on the core issues."

Abbas aides said that Abbas had pressed Rice for U.S. action on the
matter, but she indicated she could only say what His Majesty Bush told
her she could say.  Abbas, who is struggling to acquire real authority in
the West Bank, who has recently come into competition with the militant
Hamas movement that controls Gaza, wants a bonafide peace agreement by
January, with timetables and specifics that will create a
genuine Palestinian state, and not just a "declaration of principles" as
suggested by many two-faced Israeli officials.

Secretary of State Condolensza Rice promoted the spiel monday that the
Mideast Peace Talks are "moving in the right direction", although she
warned that Israel should stop new settlement activities that could upset
progress.  Secretary Rice's latest comments came after she held talks
with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the end of a secret three-day
Mideast mission.  She had gone with the alleged goal of reaching some
sort of an agreement before His Majesty King Bush leaves office next
January, so that His Majesty will have at least one thing in his quiver
that is positive.

Before that on monday, the busy Secretary Lobbiest Rice also met with
both the Israeli and the Palestinian negotiators at different times, in
Israel, and Rice said that she was impressed by the seriousness of their
work.  "I think it's all moving in the right direction."   But it is
apparent that Palestinians would rather have the negotiations take a
middle-of-the-road direction, rather than one to the right!

But, Abbas said that his talks with Exaulted US High Ruler "The Decider"
Bush will focus on achieving a genuine peace agreement that is based upon
core issues, and not just the baseless promises that have been given the
past decade or more.  His Majesty Bush also met with Jordan's King
Abdullah on wednesday, however. The White House meetings were a prelude
to under-the-table negotiations that will result in next month's trip, by
His Majesty Bush, to go once again to the Middle East, ostensibly to
celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Is-Real.  The US
King is also expected to visit Saudi Arabia and Egypt, two other US
colonies who fear attack from the U.S.  Bush hopes to achieve an extorted
commercial peace deal between the Palestinians and Israel before he
leaves office in January.
