Can you forward this to your state coordinating councils or green
email lists? This gathering is shaping up and we want to make sure we
have space at the camp site or the "indoor camping" lodge for people
from Iowa and Minnesota. Several Illinois folks are already
registered. Cindy Stimmler, our other WI co-chair, is taking the lead
on the gathering.
I know a number of people can't come or are focused on other important
actions but we want to be sure to reach those that want to participate
in this regional networking opportunity. We also hope to be able to
send some folks from here to MN to collect signatures.
One of our NC Delegates has suggested that it would be good to get
regional NC delegates together to discuss common goals for GPUS.

Our fun Summer Gathering is taking shape! This is a chance to meet
Greens from Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin and explore an
awesome state park Friday, Aug. 22 through Sun. Aug. 24.
It is likely that McKinney/Clemente Vote Truth 2008 Campaign Manager,
SKCM Curry will be there to speak to us and we will enjoy our first
vegan gathering meals together. Don't forget the volleyball
challenge, we've got several folks registered from Illinois already!
