With sniffles and tears in his eyes, President Bush hit on Congress to
pass his economic rescue package on-through, saying, "Ya gotta help Me
out here, don't ya love Me any more? I'm your Supreme Exhaulted Ruler,
it's Me, George Dub-ya Bush! I'm your Wartime Presidenshal Hero!"
Without even wiping his flowing tears away, Bush referred to Friday's
labor report showing a long 52-month indicator of below-poverty national
job growth that was another "troubling" sign of the policies that the
Republican economy is brining, and is wobbling like a
small bi-wing airplane going against the wind in a low-power
slow-speed stall.
Bush said, as he toured Hallmark Cards Incorporated in Kansas City,
Kansas, "Come on people. It's not My fault! I only told jya ta do what
thuh Republikins told Me ta do, it's the Republikins that made Me do it!=20
I'm not respons'ble for it, I never am, like those Weapons of Mass
Distruckshun, I was lied to and so I lied ta you too, that's what
happened, it's thuh truth! It wasn't My fault!"
His call for "His" nation's Congress to approve tax rebates for millions
of "His" people and tax breaks for companies was a last ditch effort for
his legacy and to avoid impeachment. Bush said as he sniffed, "Thuh
stimulus package, passed by the House, has hit roadblocks in the Senate.=20
Why? You want jobs, I'll make six dollar an hour jobs for ya! You want
ta win in Iraq and Afghanistan and Packistan... isn't that where the
Green Bay Packers 're from? And Haiti, and thuh Philippines, and Gaza,
and Iran, and Syria, and Libya, and Russia, and the middle west, I can if
ya support my plans for a better Amerikkha so my daddy and our corporate
friends can make a lot of money outa those countries' markets that we
take over by force, it's for the good of My Amerikkha!"

The president allegedly did not know that the Labor Department had
just reported that U.S. employers eliminated 17,000 good-paying
union jobs in January, to try and reduce their budgets so the executives
could earn several hundred thousand dollar bonuses -- the first time the
government admitted to the loss of those jobs and the reasons for those
job reductions in more than four years.
But Bush was told about about the cuts by the alert NPR-radio-listening
workers at Hallmark, and Bush only kept on weeping, as He said, "Interest
rates are low, inflation is low, but low-wage part time
worker productivity is high, but, yes, I know, there are certainly some
troubling signs that people are payin' attenshun ta the way I run things
now. That isn't nessiss-sarry. You don't have ta watch what I'm doin',
I'm doin' thuh best I can! It's for thuh good of thuh country!"
Bush also said. "Yes, there are seeriyus signs that thuh economy is
weakening, sure, and I'll buy that because that's not my fault, it's the
Martians that came ta help Al Kayaida doin' that to us, but I got ta do
something about it. So. Today, I got such a great sign. When after 52
consecutive months of part-time and low-wage job creation and job
creation ta the illegals, we only lost 17,000 jobs. That's not
much. That's really just product-tivity bein' created! I may lie, but I
won't lie about that!"
"I appreciate thuh fact that thuh Senate is tryin' ta work through this
dillemma I caused, an' they're doin' it as quickly as possible, I
think, but I don't have a lot of time here! You have ta understand that
I'm just six steps ahead of my impeachment if Congress ever wakes up
and does it's job, which I hope they don't, but if they do, well, look at
it this way: I gotta illegal war I started and I gotta get this national
bankruptcy thing headed right inta the laps of thuh next three
pres'dents, and I gotta get it headed that way before I leave office, so
I'm just urging the Congress a whole bunch ta 'just gitter done',
PLEEEASE," Bush said earnestly with more tears.
