"All I want is for enough money ta continue my war with Iraq and
Afghanistan and start another one with Iran, it's onlly $3 point 1
trillion, that's all, that's not too much to pay for keeping my daddy's
and my buddies business inturrests earnin' good money for the next forty
years at thuh expense of thuh national treasury," Bush whimpered rather
unconvincingly.
"Thuh budgett I propose... now quit bugging your eyes out at me, it's a
sane and proper budgett," Bush curtly retorted, "and I'll tell ya what,
I'll sell you one of these kits ta help ya sell my budgett ta your
Congressman, and if you do, I'll give you a purr-centage of thuh Medicare
savings that I can achieve when I cut out lots ah parts outa thuh
Medicare program. I think that's uh fair deal."
When asked aboout the major parts of his budget, George Bush answerd,
"Well, the Pentagon gets ta have $36 billion, that's ah 8 percent
increese for their 2009 budget , and we'll cover that by cutting some
more of thuh programs that are wasted on thuh poor folks who are gettin'
away with their pleas for pitty, and of course, I gotta get ridof thuh
Cabinet departments 'cause I'm gonna be making all of thuh deesiziuns
around here for thuh rest of my term ah office! Don't need Cabinet
departments any more!"
