Robin Williams burst into tears on public television when he learned of
President George Bush's announcement today, that President Bush was
annuling, by Presidential Decree, the presidential limitations laws to
his presidential term limit, and that, in effect, Bush has
officially decided to remain in the office of President of the United
States of America until the end of the Iraq, Afghanistan and Iranian
wars.
"Why don't the Democrats DO something," he wailed.
President George Warcrimes Bush said, "Then, and only then, will I allow
for fair and impartial elections, accordin ta thuh Diebold Election
System and thuh Supreme Court Electoral College. It's important for Me
ta continue as your country's Democratically elected ... uhhh...
Republican-appointed President, ta ensure.. uhhh, INsure.. uhhh... thuh
safety of Our country in thuh face of another threat of in-vayzyon by the
warmongerin' nations such as Iraq, Iran, Haiti, and thuh other nations,
and by the Martians, that We've had ta deal with durin' My
Admini-stray-shun."
He continued, "Alla this've all gotten in thuh way of Our international
globalization war plans, and have demon-stray-ted their political
insubordination ta Our national Manifest Destinee. Therefore, I've taken
it in My Responsahbilitee ta take this necessary action so as ta not let
My... I mean Amerikuh's... uhhh... uhhh... uhhh... best inturists ...

Uhhh..., even thuh... uhhh... alla My fellow Republicans are now not
followin' My dictayshuns anymore, but I don't care, an' neither shud

Other reactions included a very few who questioned why Congress was just
sitting there letting George Bush get away with this anti-Demcoracy
dictation! To the nearly empty seats of congress, one speaker yelled
out, "Where are all the congresspersons against this? Why aren't they
speaking out against this travesty? Why are we Democrats letting this
pass? What is going on in our nation?" Another congressperson shouted
back, "What are we supposed to do about it, why don't you just sit down
and shut up like the rest of us Democrats?"
