[Iowa-dx] Registering Green in Iowa-$200 for list of Greens?

Congratulations Ron!

In fact, I was so motivated that I went out and registered Green today in Cedar
Rapids!

The reason we agreed to the current scheme was because we would have access to
the list of registered Greens in Iowa for organizing purposes.  Unfortunately,
Tim at the Linn Auditor's desk said the state of Iowa has a new statewide
computer.  So instead of getting the Linn County list once a month for free, we
will have to pay for it.  He said it would cost $10 for every  report of Greens
in Linn County and $200 for a yearly subscription.  He wasn't sure how it worked
in Johnson County. 

As an alternative, he thought that the state Party could get a list of statewide
members and distribute to each county as the Democratic Party does.  He collects
the new list for the Republican Party in Linn County twice a week.
