[Iowa-dx] Resolutions

We really need to get these plans off the ground soon.  With the
national meeting in July, a state meeting in either May or June would
seem logical.  And while I know that we have been in Iowa City for
these meetings for what seems like forever, based on our distribution
of members Iowa City still seems like the logical location for such a
meeting.  While it would be great to see the meeting take place
elsewhere, do we have the people in other communities who can organize
it?

Anyway...just for a discussion starter, let's consider the following:

Location: Iowa City (Library, perhaps?)

Date: Saturday, May 10 (hopefully while the college Greens are still
at their respective campuses and could attend)
