[Iowa-dx] IAGP meeting details

We have the room from 2 to 5, and I believe a half hour either way for set-=
up and clean-up.

If the state committee wants to meet, I believe there is a smaller room tha=
t could be reserved earlier (I will look into this today), or the group cou=
ld meet elsewhere nearby quite easily.  Otherwise, the state committee coul=
d meet starting about  2, with the larger event beginning around 3 or 3:30
