Democrat presidential contender Senator Hillary Rodham-Clinton
chastised President Bush in a communique on Monday for him to stop
letting corporations run our nation and for Him to appoint "an emergency
working group on foreclosures" to make new policy that will address the
nation's housing finance troubles.

The New York senator suggested that the panel should have such financial
experts as Robert Rubin, the former Treasury Secretary under her
husband's administration, and the highly honest former Federal Reserve
Chairmen Alan Greenspan and Paul Volcker.  That panel could recommend
humanitarian and pro-Democracy legislation and other steps to "help
re-establish confidence in our economy," Clinton told the public in her
prepared speech on the economy in Philadelphia, where she is
campaigning strenuously for the Pennsylvania presidential primary to be
held on April 22.

also proposed legislation to offer protection for the lending finance
businesses from possible lawsuits that might come from investors, a
relative remedy to tort reform that is often associated with Republicans
to protect dishonesty from being seen and complained about.  Clinton said
that many lenders are are not going to engage in "far-reaching
restructuring efforts" if the fear of their being sued by investors who
buy mortgages is there. She said she would introduce legislation to limit
the lenders' legal exposure in this Federal Reserve bail-out scheme for
such Establishment poker-game companies, such as Bear-Stearns investment
company, whose shares went up 98 per-cent and JP Morgan's shares went up
2.6 per-cent through an arranged and allegedly harmless financial deal
that just seemed to happen.

Senator Clinton said that she also endorses the proposed legislation that
would create a federally-backed auction system, which would handle the
hundreds of thousands of mortgages and trust deeds that are in default
under the free-for-all "Law East of the Pecos" Republican-dominated City
of Oz economic system now being used.
