Just a reminder of the fall gathering in Whitewater. The gathering is next weekend, Friday the 17th through Sunday the 19th of October.
Also, if you can't make it to Whitewater, but are in the Madison area; there is a rally going on at the Labor Temple in Madison. Anne Fenney and Chris Chandler will be playing and helping to raise funds for the strike in Jefferson. The United Food & Commercial Workers union members and theier supporters will have been fighting Tyson's greed for almost 8 months.

WIGP Fall Gathering To Be Held October 17-18-19
The Wisconsin Green Party’s Annual Fall Gathering will be held the weekend of October 17th & 18th in Southeastern WI. The Southern Kettle Moraine Greens are hosting this event, but they need YOUR help to make it a success! If you are interested in volunteering to assist with childcare or to assist in planning the Gathering,
please contact mail@wisconsingreenparty.org, and we will put you to work!
If you’re interested in fully participating in the meeting, including consensus decision making processes, please make sure that your membership is current. If you’re not sure, please contact our Corresponding Secretary, Brian Lutenegger, at secretary@wisconsingreenparty.org or 608-204-7336 and he will assist you in updating your membership information.

Location: UW-Whitewater Room UC219. Easiest access to room UC219 is to enter the University Center (UC) West Section at the set of doors farthest north along the east side of the Section (confusing enough?!) Proceed up stairs in entryway to second floor, or cross center hall to locate elevators to second floor.
At this gathering, we will be electing new officers and making some very important decisions about the future of the party. It is really important that as many members as possible attend.
Join us for all or part of the weekend to help us shape the Green Party's future and to meet other Greens from all over the state.
