For the GPAX December 6th meeting:
I. Election results
II. Has everyone gotten to wiki yet?
Should we form small working groups?
One for Mission Statement, working with Ann Wilcox,
Two wg on P & P's working with Aimee Smith and Michelle *sorry Michelle i
forgot your last name,
If we have a core group, what i could do to save you all time is copy and
paste from wiki what we have so
far.
When the wg has a final draft for gpax approval it can come up for a vote.
How's that sound?
III Outreach materials:
-Brochure
-Banner
-Bumper Stickers
-Logo
IV. Contacting Green Party chapters asking them to identify and vet 3
delegates for GPAX.
V. Jan 27th will gpax have a contingent? Ann, have you found out the
breadth of the permit for the March and is there a gathering
at the end for gpax to table? Too cold?
VI. Does GPAX have enough members interested and available to work with
Jacqui on Darfur?
VII. Should we contact Finance and see if they've appropriated any funds
for gpax?
VIII. Would hiring an intern be in gpax's interest and budget? Outreach
materials?
