I met with Elaine Brown today and talked her through
the website to
 access the proposals and we read through 311 and she
had seen it before
 but now understood the rule and process better.  She
was very frustrated
 not knowing what else she needed to do to be
recognized at this step
 and was satisfied when I told her that she had done
her part for the Dec
 1 deadline and things would be processed and her
candidacy appears that
 it will be recognized and placed on the website in a
few days as a
 draft candidate and she is working on the
questionnaire to be a regular
 candidate, and she is also working on fundraising for
the $5000.

Her actions clearly are unacceptable.  I think a
police report should
 be filed, but i would deffer to Brent's opinion.   

what kind of building security is there?
