I met Zool at the GP nat'l. convention in Reading at the peace =

We are being arrested all over, but the media doesn't cover it. I was =

Center, a private building. His staff locks us out, plus has security =
block us from even entering the building. So police are called and we =
were accused of "criminal trespass" but it was reduced to a violation. =
We got 8 hrs. community service. A judge still has not made a decision =
from an identical arrest in June when 2 pled not guilty. The judge, in =
delaying his decision, said there are "legalities." The right to visit =
your congressperson when barred from a private building.

Hi GPAX People,
On Tuesday I sent an attached impeachment handout for use in
demonstrations on Saturday. One GPAX list rejected it automatically
because it said the file was too large. Anne and Aimee just asked me
to send it again. I can't send the whole thing in any way except as an
attachment because the end of it is printed in double columns that are
unintelligible when cut and pasted onto an email. But I can send the
first part with the core argument so you can figure out if you're
interested. Feel free to use and adapt it however you want.
The second section is applicable to New England only. Outside New
England an appropriate comparable argument will need to be made up.
The third section is the contact information for New England
congressional representatives. Outside New England the appropriate
representatives' information has to be plugged in.
If you want the rest, send me an email and I'll send you the whole
attachment so you can download it.

CONGRESS HAS THE DUTY TO IMPEACH, THE GREEN PARTY SAYS: Your
Congressperson took this oath: "I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm)

of office by demanding investigation to see whether Bush and Cheney

military bases in 132 countries, is a de facto empire. Republic and
empire cannot co-exist. Empire is rule over the unwilling, and so
requires secrecy, fraud, and violence. A Republic is rule by consent,
