Here is my proposal for the workshop that we spoke about during our last
conference call.

Proposal For Workshop For Chicago Convention:

THE INDUSTRIAL-MILITARY-CONGRESSIONAL COMPLEX:
 WHY WAR IS PEACE IN THE GLOBAL VILLAGE

1. Nature of I-M-C complex and how it runs our congress and foreign policy.
We will name names and diagram relationships.(10Min)

2. The relationship between our economy and I-M-C complex.
We will give figures and diagrams to show how it works. (10Min)

3. The true meaning of War Is Peace to the Inner War Party and how they use 
contemporary language, doublethink slogans, and a present day newspeak to
change reality into fiction and fiction into reality.  Examples will be
given. (10Min)

4. How to use this information on the I-M-C complex issue in the upcoming
election as an effective tool for arms reduction and conversion, and as an
effective tool to get votes.   Examples of how this might be done will be
presented. (10Min)
