The House vote and capitulation yesterday seems to leave no hope. With talk=
ing points necessary for Iraq Moratorium actions today I needed talking poi=
nts for this afternoon. I have researched the situation and this is what I =
have so far..

The war funding bill passed the House in 2 sections (one civilian, one mili=
tary). It is different from the Senate version. (details below in=A02nd url=
) =A0We can call for a filibuster; it takes 41 votes to stop the bill. It g=
ives us something positive and doable.=A0=A0
