[Pnp-wg] Sense of the meeting on representative vs. direct method

I'm certain the Green-Rainbow Party (GRP) would find parameters
outlined acceptable, depending on how "poll" may be defined. The GRP
participates in a primary system when it can, for reasons I have
expressed on previous occasions.
