[Pnp-wg] FW: Julia Sawtelle has been nominated

We have had complaints about how few women there are on thjis wg, and the
ruels say that every state party was allowed to designate someone for the
wg, so it only seems logical that if a stae party wants to send a women to
join us before we really get anything done, she should be welcomed. If we
were already in the middle of our work, I could see saying no.  greg
