One point which I would add to the above--Greg mentioned it in his
timeline--is the PEC (Presidential Exploratory Committee). I would be
willing to research this topic (if anyone here was a member before July
'03 please contact me).

Of course, level of satisfaction with the convention and process will
vary depending who you ask so I think it would be wise to do some of our
preliminary work to avoid getting off track.
