Gray,
There is no point in defending your allocation process. I'm sorry you had to
do it by yourself before. Can you just agree that there are significant
numbers of people who do not want to use your formula, and that there is now
a rather lag=rge group (this one) which is willing to take on the task fo
developing a new formula? I do not want to get into finger pointing and name
calling. Steve did not mention anyone by name, nor did he suggest
intentional rigging. He was pointing out statistical flaws that seem rather
appalling to me. Doesn't 10 delegates for 24 members seem a bit much to you?
Let's just concentrate on developing a new, fair formula. If you have other
stats that show Steve is mistaken, then we need to see them, so we can
evaluate the true distribution of the delegates in Milwaukee.
