[Pnp-wg] Facilitator nomination and Breaking Everything Down

I would be willing to serve. I also wouldn't take offense if the group
collectively rejects the idea.

I note for the record that I am not sold on the idea that my proposal must
be the one adopted. It is a proposal that comes as much from my state as
from myself, and represents my state's initial position (emphasis on
"initial") and their choice to send me as their delegate to this committee.
I think everyone on this committee comes in with at least some idea of how
they feel at the moment, so having set my feelings down in writing shouldn't
make me especially distinguishable from the rest of the group.
