I agree with the difficulty in identifying Greens. I suggest we focus on
that before we continue the discussion on proportional rep. Have people
ruled out a stright one green-one vote system? I see only discussion of
delegation size. If we could identify WHO we are representing, we can beeter
determine HOW to do that.
Starting Point?
My definition of a Green: Member of a Local who is NOT registered with
another Party, and has not been registered with another party for 6 months
(no jumping ship to vote in primaries).
