Agreed. If anything, the GRP list is almost too exhaustive and includes
names of folks that were never really candidates (in some cases they
were listed as part of a "draft" effort without their knowledge).
I see nothing wrong with the GPUS at least recognizing serious
contenders and providing info on them to the states.
