This is the very slightly updated version of the survey. Phil wants a new
name, how about the pop quiz as it takes two minutes to finish?
I talked to Cat Woods yesterday. If the DAC proposal passes she thinks the
DAC would work on the convention apportionment, and it is in the mandate to
the committee and the committee has openly acknowledged that if the proposal
passes it will do that. If it fails, committee will not go forward, though
we might provide back channel advice, so I guess I really have to wait until
tomorrow to finish this. If the DAC proposal passes I would leave the
question out and assume the DAC will go forward. If not, refer to the
updated question 3. Comments. greg
