The AER Bill (H.R. 6168) was passed on voice vote in the Senate 
(S.3546) last night at 9pm with no debate. This is detrimental news for 
your health freedom and access to effective nutritional supplements. We 
need to stop this pharma-backed, soiled bill before it is put through 
the House of Representatives.

This bill is a step towards treating dietary supplements more like 
pharmaceuticals and not like food. This bill will ultimately have a 
negative impact on the dietary supplement industry and limit the 
ability of consumers to freely choose natural remedies over big pharma 
drugs.
