The only drawback I see in this is that the animal
might sometimes not be killed cleanly, but wounded and
possibly not recovered. Otherwise this puts more money
into the habitat restoration fund so that more land
may be turned into wildlife management areas and not
into Walmart, etc parking lots. Plus, who wants to
deny a visually-impaired person access to unpolluted,
great-tasting fresh meat.
