For inquiries or to register, Please Call by Wed., Sept. 5
This is a free sampler class to generate interst in the Austin community

This experiential workshop will be an introduction for children to connect
with nature through their senses, heart, and playfulness. The teachings and
exercises are drawn from a long lineage of Earth-based peoples. As a group,
we will learn some basic awareness and survival skills, as well as what it
means to be a caretaker of the land.

The course will be lead by wilderness instructor Abrah Dresdale of Red Fox
Friends(www.redfoxfriends.org), with 4 years experience in naturalist
mentoring and workshop facilitation. She has recently moved from NY state
and is interested in co-creating a naturalist mentoring community in the
Austin area.

Parents are invited to a brief discussion following the workshop to give
feedback as to what format of programming they feel their child(ren) could
best benefit from.
