[Texgreen] An article that gave me a headache

Its important to understand this stuff because its tied to the war in  
Iraq.

If there were ever a complex balancing act and agenda that looks  
likely to fail its probably these convoluted secret operations being  
run out of Cheney's office that Seymour Hersh describes in this long  
article. If there was ever anyone inept at policy, its probably Dick
