I guess we need to thank xenophobia and racism that many Americans refuse to deal with call center operators who sound like their from Asia (regardless of their actual location.)
Until we get serious about foreign aid, I can't really regard off-shoring as anything other
than our just desserts.
Though, there is one job description I wouldn't mind seeing off-shored: CEO's. Foreign
ones do a just as good a job for FAR less pay.

can be offshored. I agree with him. He estimates the number of these jobs at
approximately 50 million.
