I'm pretty fond of "This American Lfe" with Ira Glass, though here in Dallas, it just runs at noon on Saturday. So I sometimes miss part of it as busy I can be on that day. I do not see why I should pay taxes to fund PBS, which is only a middle man. Why not just send the money directly to Hillary Clinton and AIPAC?

I was on the Houston Pacifica radio station board of directors in Houston for a while. The problem is the infiltration of the decision makers, more than the sources of funds, though of course they work together. How to keep the bastards out of power even with totally public independent funding is gonna be tough. Like trying to keep Constitutional power in the hands of the majority.
