So,  Pat Buchanan's a racist. Given his history, this is hardly surprising.
   
  Rather than work to raise high school completion rates among minorities, 
  or slow the desire to come to the US by advocating for higher minimum wages
  in Latin America, he just whines that white are becoming a minority. 
   
  That might impress voters in Farmers Branch, but it does absolutely nothing
  for me.
