The U.S. spends $700 Billion to import oil each year. In ten years, that's
$7 Trillion at today's prices.

Basically Pickens promotes using Wind generated power to replace the 22% of
the U.S. Electricity currently generated from Natural Gas.

Then that Natural Gas formerly used to generate Electricity can be used in
vehicles.

Natural Gas is 1) cheaper than oil, 2) it's cleaner than oil, and 3) we
still have a large domestic supply.
